Well, hello there my dear anime enthusiasts! I had the pleasure of watching Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. From the story to the art style, this anime had a lot to offer.

Let's start with the story, shall we? It was unique and refreshing, which is always a good thing. The concept of chuunibyou (delusions of grandeur) is one that we don't often see in anime, and it was fascinating to see how the characters navigated through it. The plot was engaging and kept me on my toes throughout the ...

The first and most important thing to know about this series specifically is that it’s a continuation of Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions so for anyone who’s unsure what to watch first, this is the next season and therefore should be watched second. It doesn’t fully delve back into characters’ backstories due to the fact that it’s assumed you’ve seen the first season. In fact, it picks up right where the first season left off and the pace starts flowing consistently from the get-go. While the first season left off in a nice place and didn’t necessarily need another one, this season is still true ...

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren (2014)

Once again for me, the show is brought down by Yuuta, I don't get why they choose such a silly model for a male MC, he is more than just dumb but irritating. I just feel like the first 9 or so episodes were gold then suddenly his personality comes back out and it's gone. I also feel like it's another rushed ending, to be honest.

The art is a very good standard throughout and very nice to look at.

The sound is about the same as before being an industry standard.

Satone Shichimiya is the best character of ...

The second season of Love, Chuunibyo and Other Delusions picks up shortly after the events of the first season. Yuta and Rikka are now a couple and live together under the same roof. If you were hoping that this would lead to huge developments in their awkward relationship, you will probably be disappointed. Yuta and Rikka are as much of a shy odd couple as ever. Even small things like holding hands prove to be beyond their comfort level in the beginning. While other romance anime like Clannad saw the two main characters go from being a student couple to starting a family between seasons, ...

Preliminary (9/12 eps)

I know others may have a completely different experience watching this than I did, but I absolutely dreaded watching this anime. Normally I don't drop an anime... Like ever. It's very rare.

But this anime was so cringey, the characters that were introduced like Rikka and Sanae are absolute cringe. There were moments when it got too much for me and I had to watch something else.

The art is beautiful, and that is one of the only things I really like about this anime, other than that I did not enjoy it and I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like people acting like they ...

Imagine this, its the year 2014 and the wait for a season after two years has finally ended. Kyoani introduces to us Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren. You think to yourself wow I can't wait to see more of my favorite club members as well as Rikka and Yuutas relationship develop as a couple.

Except unfortunately that doesent happen. The charm and endearment of the first season is no where to be found this season and what we end up with is something childish at best and cringeworthy at worst. From Sitone being an annoying addition to the cast to Rikkas development and growth ...

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren

If you liked this Show a lot for its charms and themes, you'll be a bit more disappointed in this season.
It continues to include awkward scenes and reasonably average humor, but it mutates into a very lacking character drama with no real depth, with a handful of melodrama.

The first season already had its problems, but it still managed to convince and appeal to the viewer with its atmosphere and bizarre moments. Here, on the other hand, the characters become even more simplistic and shallow. The humor has lost immense creativity since the joke is always repeated without expansion.

I loved everything. storytelling was great and barely lacked anything as much as to put detail in this and that scene, art was great, old KyoAni had it back in 2014, soundstage and voices were great and ephasised well. Characters were fenomenal and the only "bad" characters, really...were their school teacher in the blue outfit and nishiki's gay friend lmao. Enjoyment was 10/10, you barely get bored even when watching it for one character only. I rated it 10 for the place it took in my heart and the memories that will stick with me, alongisde the 1st season, movie, lites of these 3, specials, ...

SUMMARY:If you liked the first season, you'll like it.
I see that many complain about this second season, but I did not notice anything wrong with it, for me it is just a little inferior than the first season, the central theme is no longer the eighth grade syndrome, in this case is love, without a doubt it was very entertaining to see yuuta and rikka again advancing in their relationship, the new waifu also brings many interactions with the 2 main couple, good character, maybe the only bad thing is that this season feels like fill but thats opinion of each one.
SPOILER WARNING:no kiss.

This anime has left me emotionally drained, but in the best possible way.

Season 1 was amazing, but Season 2 took it to a whole new level. The introduction of Shichimiya was a game-changer. I mean, who wouldn't love another chuunibyou cutie? Her dynamic with Rikka was instant magic, and I loved how their shared "8th Grade Syndrome" created a bond between them.

But what really got me invested was how Shichimiya's arrival affected Yuuta and Rikka's relationship. I won't lie, I was worried it might create unnecessary drama, but the writers nailed it. The tension and jealousy were palpable, but ultimately, it strengthened Yuuta and Rikka's ...

Preliminary (7/12 eps)

When I was searching if Chuunibyou had a 2nd season, I was happy because with the end of season 1, I thought Rikka and Yuuta would do couple things and I would love the 2nd season...
...
I was wrong.

I'm dropping the 2nd season, Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren, at episode 7, minute 4:49

Why?

Everything was fine, until the character Shichimiya Satone appeared. But why? ... you really ask why? ... she's annoying as hell. ~*THIS MAY BE SPOILER*~ At episode 7 (final episode i'm going to see, if I don't watch it again) Rikka and Yuuta were supposed to have a day just for them, ...

THIS IS A SPOILER-FREE REVIEW

The first season of "Chuunibyou" was a calm and relaxing experience with the typical Kyoto Animation touch. On my way to watch every single anime this studio has ever produced i have never ever seen them make a bad show. The quality was so high that i thought this studio was invincible. Turns out that that is not the case. My review for Chuunibyou Ren, which i will just call "Ren" here:

Story - 5/10

I mean, i didn´t expect them to make an insanely detailed plot or whatever. The first season never laid it´s focus on that and no one had a ...
